Ms. Tester presented to the membership a proposed addition to the ETSURA by-laws. The addition proposed stated:
If desired, these board members (Board of Directors) may appoint an additional board member from the active ETSURA membership to serve as special legislative liaison with the state and local governing organizations in matters especially related to retired faculty and staff.
A motion was made to accept the addition, duly seconded, and endorsed by acclamation.
