Membership Forms:
Institutions and individuals who hold membership in the
National CUPA-HR organization will not be assessed additional dues for their
membership in the Tennessee Chapter.
Membership Form for National CUPA-HR Member Institutions
and Individuals
Institutions and individuals not holding membership in the
National CUPA-HR organization but wishing to hold membership in the
Tennessee State Chapter may join at the rate of $100 for institutional
membership (up to 5 members and $25 for each additional member) or
individual membership at the rate of $25. An institution and/or individual
who joins between January and June will only be assessed one half the annual
dues.

Corporate membership is $100 per membership (additional
members: $25).
