Function of Position
Responsible for accent clearances and security for Families First employees, database supervision, assist with the capitation spreadsheet and provide guidance on the support services and barrier assessment spreadsheet. Directs and coordinates the performance funding operation. Retains his/her position as regional Director.
Essential Functions
- Directs performance funding.
- Supervises Accent clearances and security.
- Maintains databases/spreadsheets
- Manages regional case management area.
Secondary Functions
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of performance funding guidelines.
- Ability to manage programs.
- Ability to present information to various publics.

Supervision Given and Received
Performs under general supervision. Supervises administrative and support staff.
Minimum Qualifications
BS/BA degree; must have director experience with Families first.
