PDF Reader Requirements
In order to correctly display the portable document format (.pdf) files located on this web site such as Documents, Picture & PowerPoint Slide Shows and Online Training Programs, your computer must have a PDF Reader Program installed.
Please update your PDF Reader Program if you are not using the most current version.
If you are using an ETSU administered/owned computer, it should already have a PDF reader program installed.

*After Installation is complete, please RESTART your computer.*
If Fox-it Reader is the default (.pdf) reader for your computer, please uninstall Fox-it Reader through "Control Panel" and then "Programs and Features" (For Windows XP click "Add or Remove Programs"). Then please download the FREE PDF-XChangeViewer and install it. Fox-it MUST be uninstalled for (.pdf) files to display correctly.
