Instructions for accessing Online Provider Directories for CIGNA Insurance.
1. Please use the attached link to log onto the CIGNA website.

2. Choose "Provider Directory" in the left column.
3. Choose the type of provider and either enter the last name or zip code. Click continue.
4. The website will automatically default to Network (HMO) Plans or Point of Service (POS) Plans. This is the correct option for all employees.
5. In the blue box, please select one of the following, depending on where you live:
TN - Chattanooga, TN - Jackson, TN - Knoxville (Includes Tri-Cities), TN - Memphis - Methodist/St.Francis (Network, Network POS, Open Access, Flex), TN - Nashville (Network, Network POS, Open Access, Flex)
6. Select the type of physician you would like to find. Click continue.
