Office 365 is the email solution which provides a single platform for all members of the campus community and allows a flexible file-sharing and convenient scheduling and calendar options between students and faculty/staff. Microsoft Office Outlook is the officially supported client for email at ETSU. Faculty, staff, and students can use Outlook email and calendar on their desktop / laptop computers, through the Office 365 Web interface, and personal mobile devices. Check the Outlook page on the Help Desk website for assistance setting up and using Outlook.

WebEx is a web-based conferencing software used to share information and host meetings over the internet. It can be used to collaborate via chat, microphone, or webcam. Some synchronous online classes are taught using WebEx, allowing students to view entire class recordings afterward. Contact ATS to request an account and schedule training.
