Do You Qualify for the ANPP Program?

The non-custodial parent must be one of the following:

Unemployed

Under-employed

Having difficulty making child support payments

AND

A minor child of the non-custodial parent must have ONE of the following characteristics:

Currently receive TANF

Have received TANF in the last 12 months

Be eligible for (but not receiving) TANF

Receive food stamps

Be eligible for (but not receiving) food stamps

Be enrolled in TennCare

Be eligible for (but not receiving) TennCare

Receive SSI

Be eligible for (but not receiving) SSI

Be enrolled in CHIP

Be eligible for (but not receiving) CHIP
