The Job Search / Job Club portion of the training services at Keystone assist Families First customers with finding a job.
The customers involved in this part of training meet daily in Job Club to learn job preparation skills, such as filling out job applications, writing resume's and cover letters, and preparing personal references. Interviewing skills and job search techniques are also taught.
Job
leads and community resources are shared. Support and encouragement
are provided to help the customer be successful in their job search and in
their endeavor to become self-sufficient.
