Families First provides cash grants, education, job training, childcare, employee assistance, and post-employment services to Tennesseans working toward a lifestyle without welfare.

Smart Choices offers Families First participants an opportunity to explore and succeed in health careers that pay almost TWICE as much as minimum wage. You can earn $10 per hour with full benefits by completing one or two years of training in fields such as these...
