- To introduce undergrad through postdoc
minorities and their faculty to potential careers in the
biotechnology industry.
- Successful applicants will be paired with a
mentor from industry for one year.
- One week session of exposure to the industry
with workshops on networking, resume writing, mentoring,
cutting-edge research, panels on issues such as clinical trials.
- All expenses are provided.

- A three and one-half day professional
development opportunity for educators middle school through
four-year college to develop the skills and content knowledge to
implement biotechnology into their classrooms.
- Educators may enter four strands Introductory,
Intermediate, or Advanced Biotech or Workforce Development
Biotechnology.
