Housing Information
Participants will be housed on campus in Luntsford Hall, a women's dormitory. Each room has two beds, a bathroom and a kitchen. Luntsford hall can be located on the campus map at http://newweb.etsu.edu/mapfinal.html. If you are not being housed by the NSF-CBMS grant, but expect to attend the conference, you may reserve a room in Luntsford Hall. The rate for double occupied room is $30.90 per night, and the single occupied room rate is $27.90. A one time linen charge of $7.85 will be added to your total.
If you prefer to stay off campus, there are two hotels close to ETSU. You should make your arrangements directly with the hotel. Please tell them that you will be attending the Mathematics conference at ETSU and that they should bill the department of Mathematics. You can reimburse the department before you leave.
