If you wish to become a member of E.T.S.U.'s student chapter of the Mathematical Association of America, and also a member of the national M.A.A., please follow do the following:
- Download and print out the application (note to download the application you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can get a free copy here
- Fill out the application completely, also remember to select a journal to subscribe to (all members must subscribe to at least one journal).
- Take the completed application and your check made out to the Mathematical Association of America to Dr. Jeff Knisley in Gilbreath Hall room 308Q.
