Items Discussed

• Lecture Series:  We will be co-sponsoring the math lecture series.  These lectures will take place on the second and fourth Mondays at 1:40 in Gilbreath Hall.  We will provide refreshments and make flyers.  Volunteers need to check with Jason to sign up for dates to help.  Melody volunteered to bake brownies for the first lecture.

• Fundraising:  We are still considering doing a t-shirt fundraiser.  Everyone is encouraged to think of good math quotes for a shirt.  We're also considering a raffle.  Melody will be checking into the rules for having a raffle.

• CFF Walk:  Dr. Knisley brought information about the Great Strides Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Walk.  More information will be available in the MAA box in 310.  Everyone is encouraged to participate.
