Items Discussed

• 2003 National Meeting:  Anyone who will be attending needs to send Jason an email confirming their intentions.  Everyone who plans on attending should pay 50% up front by Nov.1, so that we can send in the registration.  The other 50% can be paid at the December meeting.  The current estimates are $160 for undergraduates and $175 for graduates. (The registration is $15 more for graduate students.)  This is based on receiving no outside funding.  We plan to apply for 606 funding for six people, three male and three female.  After all the bills have been paid, and all funding received, we will refund the amount for which we got funding.  These estimates are for transportation, lodging, and registration fees.  All participants will be expected to pay for their own food.

• Franklin Math Bowl:  Anyone who will be helping with the math bowl needs to contact Dr. Huang ASAP.
