Mrs. Deborah Donaldson

Mrs. Donaldson has been employed as a Department of the Army civilian since June 28, 1984. Her entire time in service has been with the Military Science Department of East Tennessee State University. Mrs. Donaldson graduated from ETSU in December 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies.
