Recitals and Concerts 2007
Guest Artist Recital
Honors Solo Recital
The Honors Solo Recital showcases highly polished performances by students of all ages and book levels. The home teacher's recommendation is required along with the audition materials.
See the Recital Audition Form.
Carnegie Lunchtime Recital
The Carnegie Lunchtime Recital gives every student an opportunity to sign up to perform. An accompanist will be provided for the performance only. Since there is no rehearsal with the accompanist, it is imperative that students select highly polished pieces that they have previously performed with piano. Please consult with your home teacher on this decision and reserve this recital for students who did not perform on the Honors Solo Recital.
Teacher's Solo Recital
All Teacher Participants are invited to submit an audition tape for this special concert. An accompanist and rehearsal time will be provided for all teachers who are selected to perform.
See the Recital Audition Form.
Faculty Recital
This popular recital allows students to experience the artistry of their Institute teachers. Whether it is a piece from the Suzuki repertoire performed at new musical heights, or something new with innovative performance techniques, this recital will be an experience that you won't want to miss.
Celebration Concert
Celebrate the culmination of a week of study, musical growth, and friendship. Students, teachers, and faculty join forces onstage to create a beautiful musical experience. This concert is open to the public, so please invite family and friends to attend at 7:00 PM on Friday, June 29.
