East Tennessee State University faculty, staff, and students are invited to share their thoughts regarding the forthcoming Multicultural Center in focus group meetings which will be held in the next two weeks. Four focus group meetings are open to faculty, staff, and students and will be hosted by the Multicultural Center Planning Team. Individuals who would like to attend a focus group meeting are asked to email email@example.com to register, with the group code in the subject line.
The Multicultural Center, now in the planning stage, will be multifaceted and provide educational programs and support services, and will serve as a catalyst for dialogue around diversity-related issues. ETSU recognizes that all members of the university community benefit from diversity. The quality of learning, research, scholarship, and creative activities is enhanced by a campus climate of inclusion, understanding and appreciation of differences and the full range of human experiences.
