The College of Nursing Clinical Skills labs are dedicated to
students enrolled in ETSU's nursing program. The purpose of the lab
is to offer an environment which is conducive to learning which
results in both student and faculty success.
The state of the art clinical learning labs are located in Nicks Hall, rooms
326 and 327. Students may practice skills in these labs after regularly scheduled classes.
Lab 327 currently houses 17 patient beds including one which is
an obstetric birthing bed, 15 full-sized adult manikins and one
pediatric manikin; in a realistic hospital setting. In addition this
lab offers several patient simulators, including the NOELLE maternal
and neonatal simulator and a Sim-baby simulator.
Lab 326 houses 12 exam/treatment tables in a setting that mimics
the setting found in a nurse practitioner environment.
