University Health Services Payment Options
University Health Services accepts cash, credit card, & ID Bucs.
Insurance may be filed for most insurance plans. You will be responsible for all charges that your insurance company does not cover.
Payment is expected at the time of clinic visit unless prior arrangements have been made.
If the patient is unable to pay for the visit that day, a financial agreement will need to be signed by the patient. Payment is due in 30 days. Faculty and staff may have the option to have the payment deducted from their paycheck.
