Criteria:
- Recipients are to be premed, nursing, postgraduate medicine
or postgraduate nursing students.
- The University Scholarship Committee will seek nominations
from the heads of the above-named areas. These nominations will
be based on GPA, potential, and documented financial need.

Scholarship Application - and submit the application to the Office of
Academic Programs and Student Services, 230 Roy S. Nicks Hall or
mail to P.O. Box 70664, Johnson City, TN 37614.
If the scholarship that you are
applying for is based on financial need, please print and complete
the Appraisal of Financial Need form and forward to the University Scholarship Office, PO Box 70557, Johnson City, TN 37614.
Undergraduate and graduate students must complete this form.
