The Hancock County School Based Health Centers are located on the Elementary School grounds and in the Hancock County High School providing convenient, accessible and developmentally appropriate care on school grounds. These school-based health centers provide primary care, mental health services, and classroom risk reduction programs as well as various health promotion activities in a rural county with one of the highest poverty rates in Tennessee.
