Media Review Process for Faculty

Catalogs are available in the LRC or can be viewed online. If you have a catalog that is not listed here, please let us know. Select the material that you wish to preview, forward the following information to the LRC.

• Catalog: title and issue
• Title of material
• Media form (i.e. video, software etc.)

We will procure the preview for you, let you know when it has arrived and how long you may have for preview.

Any cost associated with the preview will come from the LRC budget, providing funds are available. If funds are not available, the requesting department will be responsible for any costs.

The LRC has a designated amount in its budget each year for the purchase of various media. Once this amount has been spent, it will be the responsibility of the requesting department to purchase any materials. We will forward the information to departmental secretaries for completion of purchase.
