In order to help you prepare for your entry into professional nursing, we have developed an exciting new opportunity for incoming BSN students. In cooperation with two local hospital systems, Mountain States Health Alliance and Wellmont, we are able to offer an opportunity for you to gain experience observing and interacting in a nursing field of interest to you. Our purpose in doing this is to give you a clear picture of how nursing professionals operate in care-giving situations.

Although this job-shadowing event is not required, it is highly recommended and will serve as a valuable tool for you to assess your professional interests.
