The Center for
Nursing Research (CNR) provides research support services to College
of Nursing faculty and students; and fosters collaboration with
researchers across the Division of Health Sciences, the university,
and other academic institutions.
The CNR is designated by the Tennessee Board of Regents as a
Center of Excellence in Nursing Research.
The mission of
the CNR is to advance faculty members’ ability to conduct and
disseminate nursing and interdisciplinary research, support nursing
students at all levels in their learning related to research, and to
support evaluation processes in the College of Nursing.
The CNR supports the College of Nursing goal, to “engage
faculty and students in research and scholarly activities that
improve health and advance nursing knowledge.“
The CNR is
located on the ETSU campus in Roy S. Nicks Hall, rooms 103 – 114.
