Where can I Park when I visit the Clinic?
There are three spaces marked on the side of the building as shown in the picture to the left.

Do I need to have a permit to park in the ETSU clinic reserved spaces?
Yes, you need a Visitor's permit to park in the ETSU clinic reserved spaces if you do not have a current ETSU parking decal. To request a Visitor's permit, please visit https://etsuis.etsu.edu/Parking/Login.

Will I receive a parking citation if I park in the ETSU clinic reserved spaces?
You may receive a citation for being parked in the reserved spaces. If you had an appointment at the clinic, please return the citation to the cllinic receptionist.

What if I already left the campus?
You may bring your ticket back to the ETSU clinic at your next appointment.

Where can I get additional parking information?
Please refer to the Parking and Traffic Regulations Brochure for additional information. You can also visit http://www.etsu.edu/facilities/parking/.

Note:  We follows the ETSU Administrative Schedule for Closure. If the University Administrative Offices are closed for holidays or inclement weather, then the Student Health Clinic will also be closed. Please make sure that you have medication or refills available on your medications to last you through closure times. Do not wait until the last minute to request a medication refill or until you are out of medications.

Note: The After-Hours Call Service is not for appointments or medication refill services. 

Student/University Health Services has an after-hours telephone call service that is only available after 4:30 pm Monday -Friday, Weekends and Holidays by calling

The answering service will assist you with your best course of action.  If you have a routine or minor health concern or question, you should continue to call the Student/University Health Clinic during weekly daytime office hours or to make an appointment. 

The after-hours service is for those who are sick after the clinic has closed.  The call center will determine if a nurse practitioner needs to be notified to call you.  Remember the call service is NOT for medical emergencies, to make or cancel an appointment, immunization requirement questions, or to refill prescriptions. For emergencies please call 911.
