ATS manages a streaming media server, and accepts media files for it as long as the material conforms to the university’s goals, mission, and values. Material submitted must also comply with the university’s acceptable use policy |www.etsu.edu/oit/ppp/aup/default.asp|.

There are two ways to submit material for the server: you may either complete the ATS Media Server File Submission form and bring it along with your files to the ATS office in the Sherrod Library (the disk(s) that you bring will be retained by us while your files are on the server) or click on the link below to submit a file or several files from your computer.

Submit Files Online.

The media server is Windows-based and accepts files in the following formats: .wma, .wmv, .asf, .avi, .wav, .mpg, and .mp3. Mac users can access material on the server by installing the Mac version of Windows Media Player.
