Course Description
Class will learn how to add advanced components and features to their
Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation. This is the second class of a
two part series where the fundamentals of MS PowerPoint are both demonstrated
and practiced. Objectives of this course include:

Review of Introduction to PowerPoint Material

Learn how to creating Hyperlinks to separate applications and resources
from within PowerPoint

Explain the differences between instructor driven and user driven PowerPoint
Presentations

Learn effective uses of user driven PowerPoint presentations and tutorials

Learn how to effectively incorporate sound into your PowerPoint tutorial/presentation

Class level: Intermediate
Intended audience: All interested in learning how to create PowerPoint
Presentations
Prerequisite: General experience with PowerPoint, Windows 95/98
and Internet browsing skills
Time required: 2.0 hrs
Location requirements: Computer lab with MS PowerPoint, Windows
95/98 and sound capability, headphones and microphone for each student.
