2.1 Policy Statement

East Tennessee State University encourages all colleges, schools, departments, officially recognized student organizations, students, faculty, staff, and approved guests to use university resources for accessing information on the Web and for creating their own Web pages. All authorized ETSU computing account holders are permitted to create Web pages using the university's technology resources.

2.2 Related Policies

Two related policies are Personal Pages and Registration of Web Pages and Responsibility for Content. These two policies address the responsibilities of page developers and ETSUs classification of Web pages, respectively.
