User Services Home
The User Services group includes members that specialize in providing daily hardware and software support for the campus community.
This group is also responsible for the other projects as well such as the Computer Replacement Initiative. The replacement project is conducted in January/February of each year with a project of approximately 500 computers. In August of each year, a smaller project furnishes newly created positions with a new computer.
