The Web
Steering Committee was formed
in October 2002 and held its
first meeting on December 10,
2002.
The charge of the committee
is to
a) Identify and review policy
areas related to the use of the
web at ETSU;
b) Draft new policies as needed
and submit them to the Information
Technology Governance Committee
(ITGC) for review and approval
(this would cover any new TBR
guidelines that need to be reviewed);
c) Develop a web strategic
plan for ETSU as outlined in
the IT Strategic Plan, and report
to the ITGC by April, 2003 (the
implementation plan can follow
later); and
d) Work with the Web Development
Committee to promote the efforts
of that group/committee. |
