Online Masters Degree in Education

Educational Leadership
Master of Education Degree

Program Overview:

The online Master of Education from East Tennessee State University is an accredited graduate degree program designed with working educators in mind. There are three concentrations within the Educational Leadership, M.Ed., program: 1) School Administration and Leadership, 2) Student Personnel Leadership and 3) Teacher Leadership.

All students in the Master of Education program in Educational Leadership will move through the degree program as part of an online cohort group. Cohort students will begin the program in the same semester (usually in the spring) and continue through the program with the same group, taking one major course each succeeding semester until the program is completed.

East Tennessee State University's Online programs offer students the flexibility and convenience they need for the education they want, without sacrificing quality. Our online faculty is the same faculty who leads our on-ground courses, and cohort groups have the same number of students on average as an on-ground course so students receive the help and support they deserve.
