How do I apply?

Anyone interested in receiving services from the ETSU Educational Talent Search must complete an application.  Every fall, Educational Talent Search staff recruit new participants from the 6th grade (7th grade at Johnson County Middle School).  Staff distribute applications and information sheets to any student that is interested. Students must then take the application home to be completed. All applications must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Because Educational Talent Search is a federally funded program, family income information is collected for statistical purposes.  All information provided in the application packet is confidential.  No one will be selected to participate in Educational Talent Search without a complete application.

Otherwise, to obtain an application, you may either

1. Contact the Educational Talent Search office at 392-8041 (collect calls are accepted)

2. E-Mail Linda Richardson, ETS Executive Aide

3. See a School Counselor at any of the schools served by Educational Talent Search

4. Click on the link below to view and print an information flyer and an application.
