A native of Carter County and ETSU alumna (BS, Chemistry), Cheri Clavier joined the College of Pharmacy in February 2009. Prior to assuming her duties as Director of Academic Affairs and Assessment, she worked for six years in the quality assurance division of GlaxoSmithKline pharmaceuticals in Bristol, TN. Ms. Clavier holds dual Master of Science degrees from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in Analytical Chemistry and in Education. She is happy to be back at ETSU and looks forward to working in the College of Pharmacy.

Carmen Allen began her responsibilities as office coordinator for academic affairs at the College of Pharmacy on May 1, 2006. A new employee at ETSU, Ms. Allen had most recently served at Milligan College as administrative assistant for academic affairs. She completed a BA degree in English at Milligan College and is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies degree program at ETSU. Although a native of central Indiana, Ms. Allen has called Johnson City home for 28 years.
