Carmen Allen began her responsibilities as office coordinator for academic affairs at the College of Pharmacy on May 1, 2006. A new employee at ETSU, Allen had most recently served at Milligan College as administrative assistant for academic affairs. She completed a B.A. degree in English at Milligan College and is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies degree program at ETSU. Although a native of central Indiana, Allen has called Johnson City home for 28 years.
