A native of North Carolina, Steve Ellis has been employed at ETSU since 1995.  He has extensive experience in student services having worked at Texas A&M University and LSU in Shreveport prior to coming to ETSU.  Prior to assuming duties within the College of Pharmacy, Mr. Ellis served as Assistant Dean of Student Affairs and Director of Student Support Services and Outreach Programs for the James H. Quillen College of Medicine.  He is active in professional organizations at the regional and national level, and holds various leadership positions.  Mr. Ellis received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and his Master of Science degree in Sociology from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

Michele Graybeal holds a Bachelor of Music from East Tennessee State University, where she majored in vocal performance. Prior to her arrival in the Office of Student Affairs, Michele performed a wide range of duties at the Southern Mississippi Symphony Orchestra in Hattiesburg where she had the opportunity to work with Patti Labelle, Dionne Warwick, and Plácido Domingo, among others. She is thankful to be back in the ETSU family and resides in Bristol.

Angel Kincer joined the Office of Student Affairs as Assistant Director of Financial Aid in July 2007. With 16 years prior experience in higher education, her recent position was Financial Aid Coordinator for Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College in Whitesburg, KY. A graduate of Virginia Intermont in Bristol, VA she earned her B.A degree in Interdisciplinary Studies majoring in Elementary Education and holds her teaching certification for P-6 grades. A native of Southwest Virginia, Angel now resides in Bristol, TN.

Joy Hurley is from Bristol, TN, and graduated from Milligan College with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.  She comes to the Admissions and Records Office with numerous years of experience in admissions, financial aid, and student accounts from Milligan College.  She also has experience in educating pharmacists and physicians in the community as a pharmaceutical representative for Sciele Pharmaceuticals and Abbott Laboratories.  She is excited and grateful for the opportunity to serve the students, faculty, and staff of the college. She currently resides in Piney Flats, TN.

Wendy Williams joined the College in April 2006 serving as office coordinator in the Dean's Office. In November 2008, she joined the Admissions and Records Office. Wendy holds a B.S. degree in Paralegal Studies from Milligan College. Having worked with medical students for over 9 years at the James H. Quillen College of Medicine, Wendy enjoys serving professional school students and is glad to be a part of the College of Pharmacy.
