This program for community pharmacists and other health professionals reviews sun damage to skin and strategies for photoprotection. At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- State the major differences in the exposure to and biological effects of UVA, UVB and UVC radiation.
- Compare and contrast available preparations for photoprotection
- Know three important messages for counseling patients on successful photoprotection strategies.
