Engineering is a profession in which a strong knowledge of mathematics, science, and technology is applied to achieve practical ends. Although ETSU does not offer a four-year engineering degree, it does provide interested students with a focused and strategic academic program if they wish to pursue an engineering career. The ETSU curriculum is designed to enable students to transfer, after two years, to the engineering school of their choice.
