Some of them look quite a bit like the Milky Way. For example, over here, near the Great Square of Pegasus, is the constellation of Andromeda. On a very dark night, if you look very carefully, you can see a very faint white blob here. This is a spiral galaxy like the Milky Way, known as the Andromeda galaxy.
