East Tennessee State University is one of six schools
that make up the
Southeastern Association for Research in Astronomy (SARA).
SARA operates a 0.9 meter optical telescope on
Kitt Peak
in Arizona.
The following pictures of Kitt Peak and SARA
were obtained during the summer of 2003 by
William Teets, a undergraduate student participating
in the
