The Reece Museum offers a diverse schedule of public events. During the school year, school children from grades 1-8 attend weekly "Artsploration" classes. Sessions cover topics such as clay sculpting, photography, art history, and drawing.

Workshops and lectures on a variety of subjects are presented throughout the year, and gallery talks by exhibiting artists serve to enhance the exhibits program. Topics have included acrylic painting, quilt identification, and lectures on historical figures.

"Through the Lens of Ed Westcott: A Photographic History of World War II's Secret City"

"Artistic Evolution: Where Science Meets the Arts"
