GoldLink Instructions for Summer 2008


You must login to your GoldLink account using your student ID and PIN. If you do not know your student ID, you can enter your social security number to access your student ID.

  • Your student ID is initially your Social Security Number, for most students
  • Your PIN is initially set to your birthday in MMDDYY format, e.g. February 7, 1971 would be 020771.
  • Be prepared to supply a question and answer that may be used later in case you forget your PIN.

Note:  As a new student, you are required to change your PIN the first time you log into GoldLink.  You will also be required to supply a PIN question and answer which can later be used to verify your identity should you forget your PIN.  Your question should be one that only you can answer and that you can remember. Continuing students are strongly encouraged to change their PIN to something other than their date of birth.

Helpful Hints for using GoldLink-OnLine

  • Avoid double-clicking.  This can cause termination of the session forcing you to login again.
  • There is a time limit on each session.  If times runs out simply log in again.
  • Watch for error messages, indicating that a problem has occurred in completing the last transaction. 
  • Read the message and take appropriate action.
  • EXIT  Be sure to exit the menu when done.  This will secure personal information.
