ETSU participates in the National Student Clearinghouse. Graduation information is securely transmitted to the Clearinghouse at the end of each term. It takes the Clearinghouse up to three business days to process our graduation data.

If you need to request a graduation verification, you may:

1. Log into your Goldlink Account, Go to Student, then Student Records, and Click on Verification Clearinghouse
   
2. Contact the Records Office they  will be happy to assist you Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM excluding holidays.

East Tennessee State University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verification. All requests for verifications will be referred to the National Student Clearinghouse and may be contacted at:
