Diplomas will not be distributed at the graduation ceremony. One diploma per student is printed. Your name will appear on your diploma as indicated on your intent to graduate form. If you live within 30 miles of campus, please plan to come pick up your diploma. This will ensure the safety of your diploma and, if there are corrections to be made, they can be made immediately. Click here to see dates for picking up diplomas. Diplomas will be mailed two months following conferral. This will allow for end of term processing, verification and posting of degrees, printing diplomas, and mailing.
Please verify that your mailing address has been updated on Gold Link to ensure your diploma reaches the correct address. If your diploma is delivered to an incorrect address, you will be charged $10.00 for a duplicate diploma. If your diploma is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you by email. You may request a returned diploma be mailed to an updated address for an additional charge. If you update your address after diplomas have been mailed and would like your diploma mailed to you, there will be an additional charge.
