East Tennessee State University (ETSU) is serviced by the St. Louis Regional Processing Office (RPO) of the Veterans Benefits Administration, United States Department of Veterans Affairs. All applications and enrollment certifications for veterans and certain veterans' dependents educational assistance benefit programs except vocational rehabilitation and work-study allowance entitlements are processed by the St. Louis RPO.
You should communicate directly with the St. Louis RPO with any questions on your application or receipt of benefits.

NOTE: Occasionally when trying to reach the St. Louis RPO by telephone, your call may be routed to another RPO such as Buffalo, Muskogee or Atlanta or possibly to the Debt Management Center in Minneapolis-St. Paul. With the exception of the latter, those offices can generally access most of the information about you in order to serve you. Under certain circumstances you will have to directly speak with the Atlanta RPO. You should avoid contacting the state regional offices as they can only be of limited assistance.
