Sheryl Burnette, University Registrar
Billie Lancaster, Information Research Technician
Ms. Lancaster assists the Registrar, Registration, Records, and Graduation areas in everyday duties. She utilizes Acalog to produce the graduate and undergraduate e-catalogs, works with the intensive courses, handles travel paperwork, personnel paperwork, budget reviews, calendars, requisitions and inventory. She works on preparing the new and returning athletic folders as well as certifying the catalogs for the veteran students to receive payment. Ms. Lancaster also schedules meetings for the Registrar's offices.
Paul Hayes, Director of Technology Systems for Enrollment Services
LaDonna Hutchins, Assistant Registrar, Data Management
Ms. Hutchins manages all data associated with the Graduate and Undergraduate Curriculum. Data management includes curriculum, course inventory, prerequisites, co-requisites, equivalencies, attributes, restrictions, repeat details, RODP, EDI Cross Reference Rules, Crosswalk Validation, and assist with running Enrollment reports and ACALOG. Ms. Hutchins supervises temporary employees, graduate assistant, and student workers. She is responsible to the Registrar for TBR reporting of academic data; management of the Master Course Inventory File; management and tracking of the Inventory of Academic Programs; and training and support of academic users in the management of SIS and Banner data. She assists office personnel in Banner, class schedule development, orientations, commencement ceremonies, and other functions of the office. Ms. Hutchins works with the implementation of the Banner Student Information System. She oversees the planning, development, and continuing maintenance on the degree audit system known as Curriculum Advising and Program Planning (CAPP). Ms. Hutchins also serves on various committees and task forces.
Howard Morris, Graduate Assistant to the Registrar, Technical Support
Mr. Morris is responsible for the development and maintenance of information technology systems that support the Registrar's office.
GRADUATION
Veda Taylor, Assistant Registrar, Graduation
Plans, organizes, and supervises the university commencement ceremony; supervises staff, students and temporary employees who assist with graduation activities. Performs graduation audits, verifies degree requirements, approves second bachelor's degree programs, prepares the commencement program and oversees the printing of diplomas. Participates in the graduation celebration and graduation forum. Maintains the graduation section of the web site and prepares calendar dates for graduation related activities. Assists with the implementation of the Banner Student Information System and the development of the Curriculum advising and Program Planning (CAPP) degree audit system. Serves on various committees.
Nancy Ashley, Graduation Analyst II
Ms. Ashley processes preliminary and final graduation checks, solves issues pertaining to a student's graduation status, records substitutions, works with the advisors, processes major/minor sheets, and confers degrees. She assists with orientation and registration and participates in the graduation celebration and graduation forum.
Angela Edwards, Graduation Analyst II
Ms. Edwards processes preliminary and final graduation checks, solves issues pertaining to a student's graduation status, prints diplomas, records substitutions, works with the advisors, processes major/minor sheets, confers degrees, and assists with registrations. She assists with orientation and registration and participates in the graduation celebration and graduation forum.
Bobbie Wood, Graduation Analyst II
Ms. Wood processes preliminary and final graduation checks, solves issues pertaining to a student's graduation status, records substitutions, works with the advisors, processes major/minor sheets, and confers degrees. She assists with orientation and registration and participates in the graduation celebration and graduation forum.
Michele Lamb, Graduation Analyst II

RECORDS
Tom Donohoe, Associate Registrar
Mr. Donohoe supervises the Records and Veterans Affairs Offices. As supervisor of these areas, Mr. Donohoe oversees the maintenance of student records, issuing student academic transcripts, works with end of semester processes regarding repeats including TELS Lottery Scholarship repeat courses, final grading, grade changes, student withdrawals, and works with National Student Clearinghouse for degree verification and enrollment verification. Mr. Donohoe also assists with the certification of new and returning athletes to be sure they are eligible to compete per NCAA regulations each semester as well as assists the Veterans Affairs Office in certifying veteran enrollment. He also assists with management of the office budget; data collection and reporting; generates and maintains office web pages; trains faculty, staff and advisors in the use Banner; manages acquisition and distribution of academic regalia for commencement; and serves on various committees and task forces.
Kevin Flanary, Assistant Registrar for Certifications
Mr. Flanary identifies different kinds of veterans, processes their paperwork, certifies their enrollment each semester in order for the student to receive the appropriate benefits. He advises the veterans on their registration and schedules as well as monitoring their progress during the semester.Mr. Flanary also works to certify new and returning athletes to be sure they are eligible to compete per NCAA regulations each semester.
Pat Barnett, Records Coordinator
Ms. Barnett supervises the record's office staff as well as resolving any issues that arise amongst the staff. She also processes student ID changes, enrollment verifications, and prepares lists/labels for departments and companies as requested throughout the year. Ms. Barnett works with the National Student Clearinghouse for degree verification and enrollment verification, staff scholarships, and the Milligan/Emmanuel/ETSU Agreement program.
Elaine Brady, Clerk Typist
Ms. Brady processes name and address changes, as well as major changes for the Record's office. She assists with verifying the National Student Clearinghouse, assists with producing transcripts, and processing grades.
Ruth Ann Mowery, Records Clerk
Ms. Mowery produces transcripts for the Records office and serves as the back up to the Record's Office. She also assists Associate Registrar with other duties as assigned.
Wendy Sutherland, Secretary II
Ms. Sutherland is the "face" of the Registrar's office as she is the first person you will meet as you enter the Record's office. She will accept your phone calls, answer general questions, or direct you to the person to whom you should speak. Ms. Sutherland produces enrollment verifications, and accepts other requests such as name changes and drop/add requests. She also processes grade changes from the faculty.
Terrine Brown, Veterans Outreach Coordinator
Ms. Brown is responsible for the dissemination of information pertaining to the Department of Veterans Affairs educational benefits to local military units, veteran organizations, civic, and educational institutions. She also identifies different kinds of veterans, processes their paperwork, and certifies their enrollment each semester in order for the veteran student to receive the appropriate benefits.
REGISTRATION
Deidra Close, Associate Registrar
Ms. Close plans, organizes, and supervises the university student registration process; supervises staff, students and temporary employees who assist with registration. She works with orientation, prepares class schedules and assigns academic classroom space and distributing registration/schedule information. Ms. Close prints and maintains the schedule of classes and interactive course search on GoldLink, maintains registration setup, academic term information and calendar dates on GoldLink and Banner. She also works with the implementation of the Banner Student Information System and trains academic users in the use of Banner schedule building in addition to serving on various committees and task forces.
Hannah Stogner, Assistant Registrar, Scheduling
Ms. Stogner manages the development and scheduling of on campus academic classroom space and helps ensure optimal classroom utilization. She is also serves as the administrator for R25, maintaining the collection of data from University departments regarding classroom space. Ms. Stogner maintains WebViewer, the university’s online calendar for academic space. She also serves as the WebTailor administrator for the Registrar’s Office and other areas of enrollment services as well as assisting in the generation and maintenance of the Registrar’s Office web pages. Ms. Stogner also works with executive aide training, assists with walk in traffic, maintains the student worker and temporary worker time sheets, supervises staff, students and temporary employees who assist with registration activities. She also serves on various committees.
Jessica Winkle, Technical Clerk
Ms. Winkle assists students with registration and dropping and adding courses. Ms. Winkle handles the high school deficiencies for the Registrar's office. She also compiles parts of the schedule book, proofs course listings, and schedules rooms and buildings for specific events.
Laura Koerth, Technical Clerk
Ms. Koerth assists students with registration and dropping and adding courses. Monitors high school deficiencies for the Registrar's Office. Assist with the GoldLink help line as well handling walk in traffic and schedule changes from departments.
