- The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs is pleased to
continue to offer workshops for faculty and staff interested in
finding funding opportunities and in learning how to develop budgets
to include with grant proposals
Several workshops have been scheduled at various times for the
Spring semester, including the workshops entitled Grant Proposal
Budget Development and Finding Funding Opportunities 101
and including a couple of new workshops: Grants and
Contracts at ETSU: Who, What, When, Where, Why and How and
COS Expertise.

On October 30, the President signed Public Law 111-88,
which includes appropriations for NIH to operate at Fiscal
Year 2009 levels through December 18, 2009.
