1) If you are asked, you can choose to Open the file;
you do not have to save it to your computer unless you
want to;
2) If asked for your username and password, just click
Cancel;

4) If asked, it is OK to choose "Enable external
content".
Grants.gov allows organizations to electronically find and apply
for competitive grant opportunities from all Federal
grant-making agencies. Grants.gov is the single access point for
thousands of grant programs offered by the all of the Federal grant-making
agencies, including NHI, NEH, NEA, DOD, DED, DOE, etc..
