Instructions
Your report's filename should contain your last name followed by first initial and RDC. For example, John Smith's final report submission should be named: smithjRDC.doc. Uploaded file names cannot contain spaces .
The following information should be included within your report:
Your name
RDC Grant Number
Grant Title
The original aims and objectives of the research project at the time of the award
The extent to which these objectives have been achieved
The principal outcomes of the work and its significance to the field
Next, fill out Sections 1 and 2 of the form below and click the Submit button, then you will be asked to upload your file.
