Upon graduation, Addie pursued a career as a Naturalist with the Georgia DNR/State Parks system and worked as Naturalist at Unicoi State Park in Helen, Georgia. Addie and her husband Mark live in Cornelius, Georgia, and recently welcomed a daughter into their lives. Julie graduated from ETSU with a major in Public Health in 2006 and is a proud mother of three sons and a daughter. She home-schools her children and serves as an advocate for congenital heart defects. Julie and her husband Adam reside in Kingsport.

Heather is pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at ETSU and is an instructor for the Dobyns-Bennett High School Marching Band.  She enjoys playing tennis in the Mountain Empire Tennis Association and remains highly devoted to the Roan Scholars Program as an alumna. Kristin attended medical school at the James H. Quillen College of Medicine and graduated last spring.  She  began her residency in pediatrics and is completing a fellowship in neonatology. Kristin and her husband Jason reside in Johnson City.

Allen graduated from Basic Underwater Demolition/ SEAL training (BUD/S) in 2009 and graduated from SEAL Qualification Training in May of this year.  Allen is a member of SEAL Team 10 and made his third deployment in support of the Global War on Terrorism in the fall of 2010. Mikki graduated from ETSU with a BS in Marketing in 2005. She is currently managing her family business, Shadrack Watersports & RV in Bristol , home of Shadrack Campground and Christmas Wonderland. She also serves as a worship leader at Highlands Fellowship church.

After gaining hands-on experience in the legal field as an employee in a law firm in Nashville, he started law school at the University of Memphis from which he graduated in May 2010.

After completing her Master of Arts in Teaching from Carson-Newman College,  Brittany has taught science at the 7th, 8th, and 9th grade levels.  She currently teaches 7th grade science at Mosheim Middle School in Greene County.  She and her husband Ryan reside in Whitesburg, TN.

Philip graduated from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, N.C. this spring.  He returned to the Johnson City area for one year to complete a preliminary internship in General Surgery at ETSU, and plans to finish his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in 2011.  

Upon completion of her undergraduate program in Psychology, Aya worked in Student Development at ETSU, as well as a local pharmacy. She was accepted into the Pharmacy School at Lipscomb as part of their inaugural class in the fall of 2008.

Michelle graduated from East Tennessee State University in December 2008 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She moved to Georgia where she works as Pediatric Physical Therapist serving children in schools, clinics, and their homes. Keely is employed at Eastman Chemical Company as a Sales Representative, leads the College & Career Class at First Baptist in Elizabethton, TN, and is active with Carter County Relay for Life. She and her husband Nathan, publisher of the Elizabethton Star, reside in Johnson City, TN.

Upon graduation in the spring of 2007, Erin accepted a position at the Holston Home for Children where she manages foster care cases. She lives in Greeneville, TN, her home town.

Caroline recently graduated with honors from Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, Virginia. She resides in Kingsport with her husband, Jason, and is employed as an Associate at Hunter Smith & Davis, L.L.P. in Kingsport.

Following the completion of his undergraduate degree at ETSU, B.J. started his studies at the James H. Quillen College of Medicine where he started his final year in the fall of 2010. He resides in Johnson City and continues to stay involved in Roan functions.

Allison received a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Purdue University Indianapolis in May 2010. She currently lives in Knoxville, where she is working as a Nursery Supervisor for Child & Family Tennessee.

In January of 2010 Stephen graduated with honors from the Jim Evans' Academy of Professional Umpiring. Currently, Stephen is currently in Florida in the Gulf Coast League serving in his first season as a Minor League Baseball Umpire. Whitney is part of the college's Class of 2012 and is an active student ambassador for the college. She is also a member and secretary of the Kappa Epsilon professional fraternity and a dean's list student.

Brittany enrolled in ETSU's Masters of Science program with a concentration in biology in the fall of 2010. She continues her work in the community through Hands On! Museum. Phillip is a 2L at Wake Forest School of Law, where he received the prestigious Fletcher Scholarship.  Phillip interned at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC over the summer, and hopes to practice in the area of Labor and Employment Law.

Tim recently completed his Master of Education at Milligan College where he received his teaching certification in grades 7-12 in the subjects of Business, Marketing, and Mathematics. He is currently teaching mathematics at Elizabethton High School and serves as Assistant Football Coach.  Amber is currently working as a Registered Nurse at the Johnson City Medical Center. She is planning to pursue her master’s degree in Nursing and continues to be involved with the Roan Program.

Sabrina enrolled at Liberty University’s graduate program in school counseling and now resides with her husband Chad in Leesville, Louisiana. Josh currently serves as accounts manager for Summit Leadership Foundation and is also an intern for Blackburn, Childers, & Steagall, PLC.  He is continuing his education at ETSU through the pursuit of a master's degree in Accountancy.
