STATEMENT OF RATIONALE FOR JUDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE
East Tennessee State University maintains the requirement that a minimum of 25% of the credit hours applied to degree requirements must be earned at ETSU (ETSU Undergraduate Catalog, Degree and Graduation Requirements). This requirement is one of the specific criteria for academic retention required and approved by the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR Manual, Undergraduate Academic Retention Standards.
