East Tennessee State University has invested considerable
effort in helping freshman students succeed. Among our most noteworthy

V. Freshman Student Issue Discovery Process
In addition to assessing the effectiveness of the freshman
student plan in achieving desired results, it is important to continue
to discover new and perhaps unanticipated issues regarding freshman student
success. Therefore the team recommends that ETSU implement the following
issue discovery process.

VI. Oversight of Freshman Student Success Initiative
